19 August 2023 - HIS MAJESTY THE SULTAN AND YANG DI-PERTUAN OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM RECEIVES LETTERS OF CREDENCE FROM NON-RESIDENT FOREIGN ENVOYS TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and  Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, this afternoon received Letters of Credence from twenty (20) non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam, namely: 
 
1) His Excellency Ary Norton de Murat Quintella 
        Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federative Republic of Brazil to Brunei Darussalam 
 
2) His Excellency Agustin Garcia Lopez Loaeza 
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico to Brunei Darussalam 
  
3) Her Excellency Sandra Jensen Landi  
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark to Brunei Darussalam

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam then received in audience the non-resident Foreign Envoys to Brunei Darussalam      
who have just presented their Letters of Credence. 
 
Also present at the Ceremony was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister      
of Foreign Affairs. 
 
The Ceremony took place at Istana Nurul Iman.
